Steven M. Lear, ChFC, CLU, began his career in 1980 at American
Express Financial Advisors. In 1989, Steve founded Lear Financial,Inc.
After 11 years of prosperous growth, Steve joined forces with Andy
Fishman, CFP, to form Affiance Financial, LLC in February, 2000.
Steve’s philosophy of financial planning is that its primary
benefit is to give people more time and resources to make the world
